One thing I am now aware of is the rollercoaster nature I chose my life to be in the past. Days were drudgery in anticipation of some future high - a holiday away, a new age conference, a visit from a friend - anything other than the normal routine - that took up only a small portion of life's time currency.

Now each moment brings a new gift for me to open. One was listening to the crunch of the earth beneath my feet during the labyrinth walk and remembering a beautiful cousin just after her transition. It really is about the journey, not the destination.

Thanks for sharing that experience.

Love and hugs! Claire
