I will always remember the woman who reached out and touched the hem of her Teacher’s garment. In that divine moment a connection was made between the Spirit of God within her and the Master Teacher.

I have heard that seeing is believing, yet by looking within myself to my Higher Power, I know that I can overcome the realities of the physical world. My faith is strong, and it assures me that His Power is greater than any adversity I my face in life.

Breathing in, I calm my body and spirit. Breathing out, I am content dwelling in the present moment.
