Today I am mindful of the power of my word, and I use my speech to uplift, to heal, and to foster love and peace.

Today I listen to the still small voice that comforts me and guides me. That which is mine by divine birthright will mani­fest itself freely and effortlessly as I go forth in the knowledge of that truth which sets me free.

 

I awaken each morning excited to begin a fresh new day. Each day is a new opportunity for me to embark on. I welcome today’s events joyously.

God is always with us even now and throughout eternity. I sense it, I feel it, and I express this eternal life now and always.

I block all negative thoughts. I send them away to be carried off in a bubble with good intention. I allow the bubble to return to me. After the negative energies it carries have been transmuted into positive energy.
